Survival and land navigation are foundational skills that as military, law enforcement or a rescuer/responder should fully understand. Possessing the skills necessary to stay alive in the wilderness and knowing how to use a map and compass will help you build your base knowledge so you can focus on mission or call specific criteria. These skills, when practiced and tested regularly, become just as important as situational awareness and/or environment based recognition.

Knowing how to stay alive in any environment are skills that anyone should possess. During these courses you'll learn all four elements of survival: Fire, Shelter, Water & Food. We offer basic to advanced survival programs. Or, we can customize a program to fit your agency's or personal needs. Our instructors are experts in the field of survival.

Primitive living and bushcraft skills are considered "long term" survival skills. During this training you'll learn skills necessary for longevity in the wilderness environment. We instruct how to build shelters and fire systems for the long haul. We also cover various water filtration systems, animal trapping methods and much more! During this 2 day, overnight training, you'll learn the basics of wilderness survival, how to efficiently navigate technical terrain for access and escape so you'll be climbing cliffs, rappelling, swimming through swiftwater and much more! We also go over basic hand to hand combat and various self defense methods. So join us on this awesome training conducted by former Military Operators!

During this 2 day, overnight training, you'll learn advanced wilderness survival, advanced terrain negotiating techniques for rock climbing, rappelling and scrambling. We go over defensive and aggressive swimming tactics for swiftwater/river environments for escape methods. Learn the basic of wilderness land navigation with our experienced instructors! During this 4 hour course, you'll learn how to use a compass in conjunction with topographic maps, terrain recognition, triangulation, following a bearing and much more!

Using a map and compass at night is considered a specific and challenging skill. Night navigation relies on another skill set that you'll learn during this 4-6 hour course conducted in a night environment. Pacing, celestial navigation, light choices, route planning, altimeter use and much more! This course is OCS compliant and considered a preparatory course.

We offer training in man-tracking, animal tracking, and counter-tracking. Our programs have been taught to military, law enforcement (municipal, county, state and Federal), search & rescue, fire service, civilians and many others!
