At the National Rescue & Response Institute (NRRI), we develop modern, evidence-based standards shaped by decades of operational experience across multiple technical rescue disciplines. While many existing U.S. rescue standards remain outdated and stagnant, we are leading the movement toward progressive, relevant, and performance-driven training expectations.

THe "Becoming a provider" process

Contact & Initial Interview

Send us an email to: nrrieducation@gmail.com expressing your interest of becoming a provider to offer our programs and have the authority to issue our credentials. This will be followed up with the scheduling of a virtual interview with our Board of Directors.

Credential & Background Audit

After the initial virtual interview, if approved, you (and your fellow instructors) will submit all related credentials and certifications along with personal information. Our team will conduct a full credential audit and background verification/check. There is a $125 administrative fee. This fee will be deducted from your agency fee if approved. PAY FEE HERE!

Online Education

After successful approval, provider fee processing and clearance from your credential audit and background check, we will schedule a "train the trainer" course online that covers the educational aspects and components of our programs. This is just the first step in the "train the trainer" process.

Physical Education

Depending on the discipline you, or your agency, intend on providing, there is a "train the trainer" course established. We can conduct this course at your facility or ours.
