Do we accept purchase orders (POs)?

Yes, we accept purchase orders. The purchase order MUST be emailed from an agency email address.

Is basic PPE required for courses?

It depends on the discipline. We do not provide dry or wet suits for water rescue courses. We can provide PFDs and helmets. We provide all technical based equipment for all courses, which can include, but not limited too: carabiners, ropes, anchors, throwbags, harnesses, terrain footwear, rescue litters, first aid kits, etc.

How long are the certifications valid for?

All of our certifications are valid for 3 years. We offer online refreshers for some discipline specific recertifications. Some require in-person recertification processes.

Are our instructors experienced?

Yes, we have some of the top instructors in their instructing discipline in the United States. Most of our instructors wrote various programs for DOD, DHS, DOJ and other Government based agencies. Most are validated subject matter experts (SMEs).

Do you offer private courses?

Yes, we can offer a private course for your agency and/or department at no additional cost than what is listed on the specific course you want to take.
